நிகண்டின் வெளியான சொற்களையும் பொருள்களையும் பிற இணையதளங்களும் செயலிகளும் ஆய்வுத் திட்டங்களும் இலவசமாகப் பயன்படுத்தலாம். உள்நுழைவு தேவையில்லை. Other websites, apps and research projects can use the published words and meanings for free. No login or key is needed.

ஆய்வாளர் ஏற்று வெளியிட்ட உள்ளடக்கம் மட்டும். வரைவுகள், ஆய்வில் உள்ள பங்களிப்புகள், பயனர் மின்னஞ்சல்கள் எதுவும் வராது. Only published, reviewed content. Never drafts, pending submissions or any user's email or account details.

ஒரு IP முகவரிக்கு நிமிடத்திற்கு 60 கோரிக்கைகள். அதற்கு மேல் HTTP 429 பதில் வரும்; ஒரு நிமிடம் கழித்து மீண்டும் முயலலாம். அதிகம் தேவைப்படும் ஆய்வுத் திட்டங்கள் தொடர்பு கொள்ளவும்; தனி API விசை வழங்கப்படும்.
60 requests per minute per IP address. Beyond that the API answers HTTP 429; try again after a minute. Research projects that need more can write to us for their own API key. Every response carries X-RateLimit-Limit and X-RateLimit-Remaining headers and can be called from a browser on any website (CORS open).
